American patrol ships en route to Odessa

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken expressed "real concerns" about Russia's activities on the border with Ukraine on Saturday. Meanwhile American Support for the Ukrainian Navy in the form of two patrol boats is approaching the Black Sea," reported Reuter Agency.

Blinken stated that the United States has "real concerns", shared by European partners and expressed by Ukraine, concerned about Russia's possibility of attacking its territory.

Ship carrying two unrepaired patrol boats, which have served so far in the U.S. naval forces, specifically the United States Coast Guard (USCG), sailed from the Baltimore port on 8 November and heading for the Ukrainian port in Odessa; on Saturday he defeated the Dardanele Strait.

Ukrainian sailors received training in the U.S. for the operation of Island boats. Two similar units of Ukraine received in 2019 – recalls the "Jerusalem Post".

The United States Embassy in Kiev reported that another transport is part of a wider security package for Ukraine, introduced in 2014, after the annexation of the Crimean Peninsula by Russia. The value of American support amounts to $2.5 billion.
