Damen proposed to Greece the purchase of SIGMA multitasking Corvettes

Dutch Damen submitted Greek General Defence and Armed Investment Directorate (GDDIA) proposal based on proven construction SIGMA 10514.

Basic tactical and technical data SIGMA10514HN are as follows: Total lengtha107.5 m., width 14 m., buoyancy full 3,000 tons. Shipwill have a maximum speed of over 27 nodes at full load gym and range over 5,000 nautical miles at speed 15 nodes. Corvette will be propellanta by diesel engines, diesel generators and engines ElectricalWorking in the CODOE system (COmbinated Diesel Or Etestic).

Proposed weapons include Leonardo cannon Cool. Rapid Calibration 76 mm, 16. vertical chamber launcher ground-to-air missiles VL MICA-NG, one 21-chamber missile launcher RAM, eight ground-to-air missiles Exocet Block 3C, one remoteau guided caliber cannon 30 mm, two triple torpedo launchers ZOP,and wkm M2HB Calibration 12.7 mm.
