Lotos Kolej signed a 4-year contract to transport aviation fuel for the military

Lotos Kolej – a subsidiary of Lotos Group – signed a four-year contract for F-34 air fuel transport for the Armed Forces of Poland, stated Lotos. This is another Lotos Railway agreement with the Polish army.
Lotos Kolej will participate in a logistics chain aimed at supplying fuel to air bases throughout the country, including in Kraków, Warsaw, Łask, Krzesinach and Powidz. The Polish Armed Forces are expected to use aviation fuel in every area of Polish Air Force activities – from training and exercises such as Dragon, Eagle Talon or Astral Knight to operational tasks, among others, in the framework of the NATO Baltic Air Police mission, was informed in the release.
Lotos Railway has been transporting aviation fuel to the Armed Forces of Poland since 2016. The new contract signed with the 2nd Regional Logistics Database of the Republic of Poland provides for the transport of almost three times the higher volume, has been marked.

"The conclusion of the framework agreement for the carriage of F-34 air fuel by rail tanks for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland is a guarantee of the logistical security of the military units of the air force of the country both during the execution of training tasks as well as at the training ground. The contractor Lotos Kolej as a proven logistics partner in the implementation of the existing contracts is the guarantor of the timely and professional provision of the service, which ensures the performance of tasks by the country's air force," added Deputy Commandant 2nd Regional Logistics Base Colonel Andrzej Magiera.
