Elk wants to educate the boathouses.

The Ełku authorities want the city to have industry-based boathouse education classes in the city; information on this issue appears on the city's websites. In Ełk there is a shipyard that produces yachts, but lacks specialists.

For two years there has been a shipyard in Elk, which produces yachts with a length of 4.6 and 10 m. Up until now, nearly 700 boats have been manufactured that sail around the world. The shipyard employs nearly 300 people and intends to take in more professionals, which, however, are missing from Mazury.
