Marcin Ryngwelski – President of the Management Board PGZ Stocznia Wojenna
Marcin Ryngwelski is a manager with more than 20 years of experience gained in the shipbuilding and arms industry.
He graduated from the Naval Academy in Gdynia (engineering mechanics and mechanical engineering) and Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (Master of Laws). He also completed postgraduate studies in management at the University of Banking in Gdańsk (Master of Business Administration), the Academy of War Art in Warsaw (Company Management from the Armed Forces Industry) and the Gdańsk University of Technology (Operational Management).
He began his professional career in 2000 at Gdynia Shipyard. From 2006 to 2012, he worked in shipyards in the Netherlands and Norway. From 2013 he was associated with the Research and Development Centre of the Marine Technology Centre. From 2015 to 2017, he was Managing Director of Szkuner Shipyard. From 2017 to 2023 he worked for the Holding Repair Group, where he served as President of the Shipbuilding Repair Board from January 2019. In May 2023 he took the position of President of the Management Board of Thesta, a company providing services to the defence sector (ship navigation and communications systems). In 2023 he was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polish Revival for outstanding merits for the Development of Ship and Defence Industry.
Beata Koniarska – Member of the Management Board PGZ Stocznia Wojenna from 1 August 2024
Beata Koniarska has over 20 years of experience in management of teams and projects internationally. She obtained them while working in executive positions in global chemical corporations, Henkel and ICI, and conducting her own business in the printing and IT sectors.
The apartment of Gdynia. She graduated from Staffordshire University, UK, Université de Lille 1 in France, and the University of Gdańsk. He is proficient in English, French and Spanish, as well as at the level of medium- advanced German.
Since 2022 she has served as Vice-President of Pomeranian Employers. For Confederate Leviathan since 2023, he has been the Chairman of the Economic Affairs Group of the Provincial Social Dialogue Council in Gdańsk, actively engaging in the economic development of the region. Since 2024, she has been a councillor of the Sejm of the Pomeranian Voivodeship and Chairman of the Committee on Interregional and Foreign Cooperation.
Dariusz Denis – Member of the Management Board PGZ Stocznia Wojenna from 1 September 2024
Darius Denis is a PhD in economic sciences in management sciences combining theoretical knowledge with many years of practical experience in management, finance and public administration.
His education includes studies at the University of Gdańsk (Master of Economics), Warsaw School of Economics (Postgraduate studies in banking), Gdynia Maritime School (where he obtained the qualifications of an on-board officer) and PhD in the Faculty of Management of the University of Gdańsk. He also completed postgraduate studies in marketing management and contemporary diplomacy.
After working at sea, Darius Denis' professional career included positions in the banking, academic and self-government sectors. He worked as director of banking branches (BGŻ, PKO BP), lecturer at universities (Gdańsk University of Technology, Gdańsk University of Humanities), deputy mayor of Malbork for economic and financial affairs, and treasurer of Starogard Gdański. He has recently served as Director of Certification Division in the Polish Register of Ships.
Dariusz Denis is the author of several books and scientific articles, mainly in economics, banking and history. He was also a member of the supervisory boards of municipal companies. His experience also includes participation in projects related to evaluation of proposals under operational programmes and monitoring of the quality of public services.
