OT Logistics has a real estate sale agreement in Szczecin for PLN 7 million

OT Logistics concluded an agreement with the Board of Maritime Ports Szczecin and Świnoujście to sell real estate together with buildings located in Szczecin, provided the company. The total net sales price was set at PLN 7 million.
The OTL Group will recognise the accounting loss at consolidated level (other operating costs) of approximately PLN 4.8 million resulting from the difference in the sales price compared to the book value of the property. Under the terms of this agreement, the amount of the sale will be allocated to the repayment of OT Port Świnoujście debt to the Board of the Maritime Ports of Szczecin and Świnoujście, given.
"This action is the next step in the implementation by the issuer of the adopted group resolution plan (OTL Group) for the management of non-operational property owned by the OTL Group", the Communication states.
