OT Logistics has a contract with Viterra Polska 

OT Logistics signed a contract with Viterra Polska extending to the end of 2028 the existing cooperation on the comprehensive handling of bulk cargoes of plant origin in the port terminal of OT Port Gdynia.

The estimated value of the contract until 31.12.2023 is over PLN 72 million net. The salary for the years 2024-2028 will be subject to the arrangements, he gave the OTL.

The agreement will apply from 01.07.2022 and replace the agreement concluded between the parties of 25.03.2021 [...] The contract records determine the average annual transhipment guarantee and the estimated value of the contract until 31.12.2023 is over PLN 72 million net. The remuneration for the years 2024-2028 will be subject to the terms of the parties and will depend on its determination to continue the implementation of the contract during this period.
