Polish Marine Wind Energy Society promotes offshore elevators

Polish Society of Marine Wind Energy invites you to the eighth edition of the International Conference "Offshore Wind – Logistics & Supplies", which will be held in Gdynia, Courtyard by Marriott Waterfront, on 16-17 October 2019.
This is the only event in Poland devoted entirely to the industry connected with the offshore wind energy sector.
The conference is addressed to all Polish entities interested in executing orders for the offshore wind energy sector in Poland and worldwide and to foreign companies wishing to enter the emerging Polish offshore wind market.
His potential was estimated in the government's Energy Policy project of Poland by 2040.
at 10,3 GW installed power. According to government estimates, Poland is the largest emerging market in Europe and ranks in the top five emerging markets on a global scale, next to China and the US.
As part of the two-day conference programme with the participation of global offshore wind industry leaders, the most important issues related to the supply of key components and services for the implementation of offshore wind farms projects in Poland and Europe will be discussed. Speakers will consider: offshore wind turbines, supporting structures, wind towers, power transmission infrastructure, specialized offshore wind projects in terms of construction and current operation and many more.
There will also be a deep insight into the current state of implementation of Polish offshore wind farms projects and prospects of growth of this sector in the next two decades.
A very important function of the Conference is the promotion of the Polish offshore wind energy industry as local content in the supply chain for offshore wind farm projects .
Another important role in the programme will be the discussion on the potential of Polish ports and the possibility of using them as operational and logistics centres for the implementation of large and complex infrastructure projects, such as offshore wind farms currently and in the Baltic Sea.
