8th International Maritime Congress ahead

We have ahead of us the most important maritime economic event in Poland, gathering several hundred participants from Poland and abroad. The 8th International Maritime Congress will take place in Szczecin on 14-15 September.

As every year, managers, scientists and experts together with government representatives will discuss issues related to the maritime industry. The opening ceremony is scheduled for 14 September at the Szczecin Philharmonic. There will also be three plenary debates on port development, intermodal transport and green governance on this day. The second day is fifteen discussion panels related to ports, shipping, ecology and digitisation and innovation.

The main organizer of the 8th International Maritime Congress is the Western Pomerania Marine Cluster. Co-organizers include: the Board of Maritime Ports Szczecin and Świnoujście SA, Ministry of Infrastructure and the Maritime Congress Foundation.

The Ministry of Infrastructure holds the honorary patronage over this most important event in the maritime economy. The Resort also serves as the maintainer of the Congress.
