Ferry review, including new Grimaldi Lines on the route

Increase in revenue in Scandlines
Using the growing popularity of shipping, the shipowner Scandlines ended the year 2022 with a large increase. The revenue from the two Scandlines connections between Denmark and Germany (Puttgarden-Rødby and Rostock-Gedser) increased to EUR 363 million last year. That's 40% more than a year ago. Change of owner of the Artemis ferry
Artemis, a ship built in 1999, recently changed ownership and course. He has previously served passengers travelling between Malta and Sicily. Now, a 96-foot catamaran will operate connections between Spain and Morocco. Ferry is currently undergoing modernisation in Malta.
New Grimaldi Lines
The Grimaldi Group already has two new hybrid ro-ro ferries at its disposal GG5G (Grimaldi Green 5th Generation). These modern units have already begun providing services on the route between Italy and Greece.
