Swedish Armed Forces in joint exercises

In exceptional exercises, the Swedish Armed Forces fought a common naval battle. The opponent was attacked simultaneously from the ground, sea and air.

Shooting The combat was carried out jointly by the Navy and the Air Force, they were coordinated in time and space from land, sea and air towards targets at sea. This was a coordinated use of RBS15 antiship missiles fired from three different types of platforms – Visby-type corvettes, coasting batteries mounted on a truck and JAS-39 combat aircraft. Such operations are extremely complex and require training.
