"Train with the Army" – training for civilians in 8th FOW

Third edition of training "Train with the Army"held in the 8th Coast Defence Fleet, where several dozen people under the supervision of professional instructors could have passed 8 hours course.
"Train with the Army" is a cyclical training for civilians, which aims to teach basic military elements and skills useful in everyday life.
Within a few hours, participants of the training learned how to handle weapons, simulator shooting, survival elements, hand-to-hand combat, medical assistance and rules of conduct on a warship. The training also included issues related to marine rescue and emergency and pollution management.
In Świnoujście, a marine rescue show and the possibility of a motorboat ride were organized. In addition, participants had the opportunity to talk to representatives of the Military Recruitment Centre about the possibility of joining the army and participation in various types of training.
The good organization, engagement and professionalism of the instructors made the training as planned. Finally, the participants received certificates of completion of the training and had the opportunity to integrate with the campfire and hot peas.

The involvement of Flotilla participants and instructors and an interesting training program made the 8th Coast Defence Fleet an educational and interesting experience.
