Change in the composition of the Supervisory Board of PGZ S.A.

Currently, the Supervisory Board of PGZ S.A. has five members:
1. Wojciech Dąbrowski – Chairman of the Supervisory Board
2. Paweł Olejnik – Vice-President of the Supervisory Board, delegated to
Acting Vice President of the Management Board
3. Bogdan Borkowski – Member of the Supervisory Board, delegated to
Acting President of the Management Board
4. Hubert Królikowski – Member of the Supervisory Board
5. Paweł Sobczyk – Member of the Supervisory Board

Paweł Sobczyk is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin – a course of law and postgraduate studies in: EU project administration (Szeciński University) and Public Procurement Law (Warsaw University). In 2015, he completed an advisory application, obtaining a professional title of legal advisor. As of 2016, employed in the management of the Secretary of State at the Ministry of National Defence and the Office of the Minister of National Defence as legal advisor. Member of the Consultative Committee at the Prime Minister. As of 2018, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Military Cartographic Works Sp. z o.o. Currently employed as Director of the Surveillance Department III at the Ministry of State Activities.
