Increase Russian LNG exports to Europe

According to Refinitiv Eikon data, Russian LNG supplies to Europe increased by 20% in 2022, reaching around 17 million tonnes, an increase of around 20 percent compared to 2021, compensating partially for the decrease in exports of Russian raw material from NS1 and NS2 pipelines.
Europe increases the imports of offshore LNG – in the face of the cut-off of gas supply shipped from Russia by pipelines due to the deep political crisis linked to the invasion in Ukraine.
Russian gas exports to Europe via pipelines fell to the post-Soviet minimum in 2022, and the European Union reduced Russian raw material's sea imports due to aggression against Ukraine.
